These workouts are full video workouts that you can do along with me. There is an assortment of bodyweight as well as workouts using equipment... TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, tubing, gliders, mini bands, BOSU, etc, as well as Spin/Cycle workouts. I will give you substitutions or alternatives with the equipment and exercises. There is also a written description of the exercises within each video. New videos will be continually added.
This service may be for you if you:
want an alternative to coming to a group bootcamp or training,
are away for an extended period of time and want the workouts,
would rather workout at home,
would like to have access to workouts on the weekends or holidays,
are unable to come to bootcamps because you are not in Saskatoon.

These will be monthly recurring payments of $15 ($14.29 plus GST). You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying me by email at least three (3) days before your payment date.
