Kinsmen Park - Spring/Summer/Fall
The Fitness Bootcamp combines cardio, strength training, agility, coordination, circuit training and more. This exciting cross-disciplinary approach to fitness will get you moving, seeing results and having more fun than you would at the gym, no matter what your current fitness level.
The Spring/Summer/Fall sessions have variety and intensity to challenge anyone, using equipment such as kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, exercise tubing, battling ropes, sandbags, and often just your body weight.
Flexibility with the days and times to work with your schedule! Unlimited attendance! Come as often as you like. The expectation is you try to come at least twice per week.
Days & Times:
Mon - 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm-Spartan Training Camp(STC)
Tues - 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm(STC)
Wed - 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm(STC)
Thurs - 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm(STC)
The Spartan Training Camp is for those entered in an upcoming Spartan Race (or other obstacle race). Numbers may be limited in this group. Please contact me if you're not doing a race but interested in this training. Spartans are welcome to come to bootcamp if they cannot make a "Spartan" time.
Prices include GST.
Past participants can receive a "referral" discount of $20 for each new participant.
