Fitness Vacation
A group destination holiday with a fitness theme. For those of you who would like to get in a daily workout, in addition to the usual eating, drinking, relaxing, playing, and general well-being of a tropical holiday. Or you may want to skip the workouts and just get in on the group booking. Other group activities may also be arranged, sometimes in place of a workout. It'll be some kinda fun!
You, or your travel partner(s), do not have to participate in the workouts if you don't want to.
Optional attendance / No cost for the workouts.

The 5th Annual "Fitness Getaway" was January 2024...
Direct flights from Saskatoon on Sunwing Vacations. We stayed at the Riu Bambu in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. All inclusive resort. Group workouts, excursions, dinners. Another awesome getaway! Getting there was a challenge... 1st we were delayed for weather, then "mechanical" issues...spent the day at the airport, however once we were there with the beautiful sunshine, heat, and beaches we forgot about the terrible travel day.
The 4th Annual "Fitness Getaway" was February 2023...
After a 3 year break (thanks Covid), then uncertainty and cancellation of flights from Saskatoon (thanks Sunwing), and a smaller group, we were finally able to get away out of Edmonton. We stayed at the Riu Emerald Bay (again) in Mazatlán, México.

The 2nd Annual "Fitness Getaway" was January 2019...
Direct flights from Saskatoon on Westjet. For this Getaway we are going to Grand Palladium Vallarta - about 40+ km from the airport (Peurto Vallarta) on the Riviera Nayarit. All inclusive resort.
January 2018 was our The 1st Annual "Fitness Getaway"...
Direct flights from Saskatoon on Air Transat. The resort was Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda on the Riviera Maya (south of Cancun, MX). All inclusive resort.
